Cruizing Afrika

Cruizing Afrika PTY (LTD) offers guided self drive exploration style travel in Southern Africa. This style of travel offers clients the opportunity to climb behind the wheel of a 4x4 and travel to the more remote destinations and National Parks found in Southern Africa in search of its wildlife with a local qualified guide and crew leading the group. Our guides have an in-depth knowledge of Southern Africa and they share our vision and objective to introduce and conserve local ecological, historical, cultural and ornithological origins of the areas we visit. Our bush chef creates amazing meals under the stars  using fresh produce sourced from local markets along the way. Using private concessions and exclusive 4x4 routes, Cruizing Afrika offers something a little different and exciting for first time visitors to Southern Africa or for those repeat travellers wanting to see something new on our beautiful continent.
Touring on the less travelled back roads and passes of Lesotho, the Twee-spoor and dry riverbeds of the Kaokoveld or the endless dunes of the Skeleton Coast you get on the road 4x4 driver training whilst exploring these remote destinations.

We Support Rex The Rhino !!

The Rex the Rhino Conservation Fund had its humble beginnings in a friendship that was formed in the bush by two wilderness walking-trail Guides while working for the Natal Parks Board and following in the footsteps of the late great Dr Ian Player. Frank Carlisle and Malcolm Organ began their conservation careers while guiding wilderness walking trails in Hluhluwe i-Mfolozi Game Reserve in the 1990’s. After spending many years in Rhino Conversation Management both rangers left the KZN based organization and moved into commercial tourism conservation. The two friends continued to work in conservation but desperately wanted to stay involved with their old stomping grounds and the people so closely involved in rhino conservation in this area. So, together with their new partners, they decided to create the Rex the Rhino Conservation Fund in order to give back to conservation and the heroes on the ground who's work in Rhino Conservation is invaluable ....... and this is how the Rex the Rhino Conservation Fund was created!

Vision

It is the vision of the Rex the Rhino Conservation Fund to collaborate with existing rhino protection agencies towards well equipped, trained, highly motivated field rangers for rhino conservation and conservation in general in Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park and other areas of Southern Africa by acquiring support for programmes and while ensuring transparency and accountability to donors and the public.
